[Case Study] Transportation: Municipal Bus Control and Monitoring System

Construction of a monitoring system using PoE connections for municipal bus transportation! We will introduce case studies.

In Taichung City, Taiwan, investments have been made to develop six BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) routes that cover the entire city. To ensure the safe and smooth operation of this entire BRT system, a real-time control and monitoring system is essential, and this network will be used at all BRT stations and the control center. Considering the hierarchical nature of the BRT system, an ideal solution for this application is to build a robust Ethernet backbone that supports centralized management and accommodates the large volume of data and video sent from over 40 BRT stations. [Case Study] ■ Industry: Transportation (Public Bus) ■ Purpose: Real-time control and monitoring system ■ Products Used: "SoftNVR-IA," "SoftCMS-500," "VPort 26A-1MP," "VPort P06-1MP," "IKS-6728A-8PoE," "ioLogik E2242-T" *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Energy-saving, environmental system: Power generation equipment control and monitoring system.

Real-time monitoring of equipment operation status, alarms, and measurement values! Improved work efficiency through a simple screen layout!

As a measure to address electricity demand during the summer, it has been decided to urgently install power generation equipment and to establish a monitoring system for the power generation facilities that includes functions for collecting operational data and printing various reports such as daily and monthly reports. This system will collect operational status of the power generation equipment, generation data (generation, transmission, reception, fuel, etc.), environmental data (NOx, SO2, O2 equivalent values, etc.), and alarm signals (fire alarms, faults, upper and lower limits, etc.), and will display data and trends in real-time. Additionally, the collected data will be stored, and various reports such as daily reports, monthly reports, and trend reports will be generated. Furthermore, by utilizing the internet, remote monitoring will be possible. [Purpose of System Implementation] ■ To grasp the operational status, alarms, and measurement values in real-time ■ To print daily reports, monthly reports, and trend reports ■ To display collected data trends ■ To enable remote monitoring from the office *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[SEMS Implementation Case] Major Heat Pump Manufacturer

Transparency and sharing of information! Introduction of remote monitoring case studies for seawater desalination heat source hot water heat pumps.

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "SEMS (Smart Equipment Monitoring Service)" for a major heat pump manufacturer. The company was considering a heat source maintenance management system that would enable remote monitoring, viewing, and operation of equipment for a major hotel property located on a remote island with poor transportation access. After implementation, push notifications are received when equipment anomalies occur, allowing for quicker responses on-site and enabling the team to consider and address solutions before a complete system failure occurs. [Effects] - Quick responses on-site due to receiving push notifications. - Ability to consider and address solutions before a system failure occurs. - Increased transparency and sharing of information, enhancing customer trust. - In case of missed push notification confirmations, phone calls are made, allowing staff to focus on daily operations with peace of mind. - Ability to check images from on-site IP cameras using a handheld smartphone during anomalies. - Enhanced network security, allowing for safe utilization. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
